The Battle of Waterloo was won in the fields of Eton & Harrow”. Duke Wellington, who alone could defeat Napoleon, said these words, the statement makes us to realize the importance that education Possesses. When we take a glance at the society, especially our own town Abbottabad, we are disappointed to construct a fact about the scarcity of institutions providing standard education, which may shoulder the responsibility of construction an ideal society.
Establishment of Limelight School
We had set about to meet this very need of the community and had established an institution in the year 2000 which is meeting the needs to the utmost. ALHAMDULILLAH
Registration with Education Department
At the outset, the school was duly registered with the Education Department, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; vide Reg. No. 2832 in the year 2000. As the school progressed, it was upgraded from Primary to Middle in 2005 .
Upgradation to SSC and HSSC
The school got so much appreciation from the parents that it had to be upgraded to Matric Level and Later on to the college level after proper approval of Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (B.I.S.E), Abbottabad and Later with KP-PSRA.
New Buildings Expansion on 5 Kannals of Land
The school initially was in a small building but as the number of students continued to grow, three new buildings on a piece of land that measured around 5 Kannals, consisting of 45 rooms, were arranged to accommodate the growing number.
Building of New Campus on 11 kannals of Land
To accommodate the incoming students and we had then constructed a very fascinating , State of the art and purpose build campus focusing on childs mental physical and hygienic requirements .
BISE Results
The school has many feathers in its cap but the most commendable one has been its discipline and quality of education. Our First Batch appeared in the B.I.S.E, Abbottabad for Class 9th /10th exam in the Year 2009 and later HSSC exams the year 2017.The results have always been excellent with almost 97% students scoring A1 grades.

Among top 3 Positions the School has been appreciated in three exams and almost 65 candidates have been successful in fetching positions among top 100 positions.
